Pre-heat your grill to a medium-high heat
Cut Ranchers Finest Vienna sausages diagonally into 3cm pieces.
Skewer a slice of Vienna sausage and alternate with the vegetables until you have created 4 kebabs.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and Dijon mustard.
Place the kebabs onto the grill and cook for 2minutes on one side. Turn and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Brush the kebabs with the BBQ sauce mixture, coating both sides.
Grill for another 5 minutes, turning regularly to prevent burning.
When vegetables are tender and golden brown, serve on a platter with the chips or salad.

1 Green pepper, seeded an cut into chunks
1 Red pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
1 Large red onion – quartered length ways and then halved
2 large yellow corn cobs cut into 2cm slices
4 Kebab skewers
3 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
