Christmas Sausages

METHOD

In a large saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, BBQsauce, soy sauce, mustard, honey, salt and orange zest. Warm over medium-lowheat, stirring, until everything is combined. Bring to a low simmer and allowit to bubble gently until slightly thickened, 5 to 7mins.  Chop the Hot Dogs diagonally and add into thepan to allow to heat through for another 2 mins.  Serve with your favourite Christmas dishes.

INGREDIENTS

14oz Jar of Cranberry sauce

½ Cup BBQ Sauce

2 Tablespoons Soy sauce

2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

2 Tablespoons Honey

1 Teaspoon salt

1 Orange zested

1 KG Ranchers Hot Dogs of choice.
